NNU Yoga - Special Event - Yoga x Acupuncture

SPECIAL Yoga x Acupuncture Session

NNU Yoga (www.nnuyoga.com) and Acuyu Acupuncture (www.acuyu.co.uk) are collaborating to offer a unique wellness experience that will combine the transformative power of  yoga with the healing energy of acupuncture. 

In this session, Nita from NNU Yoga will guide you through a sequence of slow, gentle yoga asanas for 50 minutes followed by a personalized acupuncture treatment from renowned London-based acupuncturist Anita, founder of Acuyu Yoga. The session will last 90 minutes in total. 

This session will offer a holistic approach to wellness, blending the physical benefits of yoga with the targeted healing of acupuncture in one harmonious practice to activate your chakras at the spirit level and harmonize the yin and yang of your energetic anatomy. 

Our intention for this co-creation is to unblock stagnation, remove obstacles on your manifestations journey and elevate your vibration to match your highest potential. This session will be held from 10 am to 11:30 am on Saturday 5 October. We will hold a second session on Saturday 12 October. The session will be held in the yoga studio at Vakrat Salon on 40 Rosslyn Hill, London NW31NH at a cost of £25. 

If you register for this session, we will send you a brief questionnaire to understand the specific areas of concern you would like to focus on during the acupuncture session (ie. stress and anxiety, migraine/headache, digestion and bloating, sports injuries, sexual health, period issues, emotional imbalance.)
